Our Shipping Process

  • We promptly package and ship orders. Processing of your order begins immediately
  • Charges apply to shipped items only, with related shipping and tax rates. A Shipping Confirmation email is sent upon shipment.
  • We are not accountable for situations beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc

Returns & Exchanges

  • All items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition and undamaged packaging. Our policy reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet hygiene standards
  • Return requests for exchanges and return requests for refunds will result in a fee deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs. Shipping fees for orders below our free threshold are non-refundable
